The FBI is investigating the suicide of a Customs and Border Protection agent on Wednesday in the Bronx.

Police were called around 6:42 a.m. to the corner of Westchester Ave. and 152nd St. in Melrose, where a 29-year-old man suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, cops said.

EMS pronounced the man dead at the scene.

The victim shot himself with the gun of an NYPD officer, who was his girlfriend, sources told the Daily News.
