Goals came in bunches in Elizabethtown hockey’s showdown with Viola Division rival West Shore.
The Bears (1-1-0) dropped its season opening matchup with Lower Dauphin on Monday , however a hat trick from William Szobocsan and game-winner from Austin McKain secured an 8-7 victory over West Shore (0-2-0).
West Shore’s 3-2 lead quickly ballooned to a 6-2 advantage just five minutes into the third period.
The Bears then rattled off six goals in the final 12 minutes of the game, including the game-winner from McKain.
