LADSON, S.C. (WCBD) – It's here! The Coastal Carolina Fair has returned to the Lowcountry, bringing more than 80 rides, live music performances, a petting zoo, and, of course, fun fair food.

Gates open for the 2025 Coastal Carolina Fair at 3 p.m. on Thursday, and fairgoers can enjoy all the event has to offer through Sunday, Nov. 9.

Here are some fair foods and drinks to check out when you visit the fair at the Exchange Park in Ladson.

Dubai Chocolate Waffle at Edisto & Co. Coffee booth

Located next to the agricultural building, you will find your next obsession: Dubai chocolate waffles.

The waffles are shaped like a popsicle with a stick through the middle, then layered with powdered sugar, warm chocolate, pistachio cream mixed with crispy kataifi, and fresh strawberry slices on top.
