SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - The South Bend Community School Corporation invited students and parents to the former Clay High School for the “Showcase of Schools” event on Wednesday night.

This event was designed for parents and students to engage directly with educators and discover a wide array of educational choices from Pre-K through high school.

Families got to learn more about magnet programs, career pathways, arts and athletics programs that cater to individual interests and goals.

“We offer a lot,” said Mansour Eid, the superintendent of the South Bend Community School Corporation. “We have so many things that people don’t know about. It is almost imperative that we have these things to let the people know, ‘Hey, these are the choices, you know, please make an informed decision.’”
