The Baltimore Ravens (2-5) and the Miami Dolphins (2-6) meet Thursday in Week 9 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida. Kickoff is set for 8:15 p.m. ET (Prime Video). Let's analyze BetMGM Sportsbook's Ravens vs. Dolphins odds and tab the 5 best prop bets to win among SportsbookWire's expert NFL picks and predictions for Week 9.
The Ravens ended their 4-game skid with a 30-16 win over the Chicago Bears in Week 7. Baltimore covered as a 2.5-point home favorite as the Over (45) points hit. RB Derrick Henry powered the offense, rushing for 71 yards and 2 TDs in the much-needed victory. QB Lamar Jackson, who missed the last 3 games with a hamstring injury, is scheduled to start.
The Dolphins snapped a 3-game losing streak in Week 7 with a dominant 34-10 win over the Atlanta Falcons. Miami pulled off the outright upset as a 7-point road underdog as the Over (44) points cashed. QB Tua Tagovailoa threw 4 TD passes to 4 receivers.
The Ravens won 56-19 in the last meeting (2023) and lead the all-time series 11-8.

Ravens QB Lamar Jackson ANYTIME TOUCHDOWN (+170)
Ravens QB Lamar Jackson OVER 34.5 RUSHING YARDS (-118)
This game feels like the perfect spot for Jackson to make a statement. After missing 3 games amid talk about him quitting on his team, he’s got a prime-time stage to remind everyone why he’s among the league’s most dynamic players. Jackson is averaging 41.5 rushing yards per game this season — and while the Dolphins have only allowed 22.5 yards per game to quarterbacks, this isn’t your average QB. In his last 2 matchups against Miami, he’s dominated — throwing 5 TDs in 2023 and rushing for 119 yards and a score in 2022. Miami’s already given up a league-high 4 rushing TDs to QBs this season. With that history, that motivation, and those odds, I’m all over Lamar's rushing yards and anytime touchdown props Thursday night.
Ravens RB DERRICK HENRY OVER 89.5 RUSHING YARDS (-118)
Henry’s rushing prop feels like a strong play. Miami’s run defense has been a mess, allowing 117.6 yards per game and ranking near the bottom of the league in both missed tackles (25.4%) and yards after contact (3.8 per carry). That’s a nightmare matchup against a back like Henry, who thrives on contact and punishes defenders in the open field. While Henry’s only topped 100 rushing yards twice this season, this game sets up perfectly for him — especially with Jackson returning to keep Miami’s linebackers honest. The Dolphins have given up big days to multiple backs recently, including 206 to Rico Dowdle of the Carolina Panthers and 124 to Kimani Vidal of the LA Chargers. Expect Henry to see plenty of volume and bulldoze his way past his rushing yard total.
Ravens TE Mark Andrews OVER 28.5 RECEIVING YARDS (-118)
Andrews’ receiving line feels far too low this week. He’s averaging 34 yards per game this season and gets a favorable matchup against a Dolphins defense allowing 63 yards per game to tight ends — bottom third in the NFL. Seven opposing tight ends have topped 36 yards against Miami, including the Falcons' Kyle Pitts last week with 59. The Dolphins’ biggest weakness has been covering the middle of the field, right where Andrews does most of his damage. In his last meeting with Miami (Sept. 18, 2022), he torched them for 104 yards and a touchdown on 9 catches. With Jackson back under center — a proven boost to Andrews’ production — I’m confidently betting the Over on 28.5 receiving yards.
Dolphins team total: UNDER 20.5 (-118)
I’m all over the Dolphins staying Under 20.5 points Thursday night. Baltimore’s defense has turned a major corner, holding both the Bears and LA Rams under this number in back-to-back weeks. Early-season injuries exposed them, but now that group is finally healthy — and hungry. Miami’s 34-point outburst last week looks more like fool’s gold than a turning point. This offense has been inconsistent and drama-filled, with the head coach and quarterback reportedly butting heads. The Dolphins are averaging just 21.8 points per game and have been held under 10 twice already. Add in a shaky offensive line that’s constantly putting Tagovailoa under pressure, and this matchup looks brutal. The Ravens held them to 19 points in their last meeting in 2023 — and I think it’ll be more of the same Thursday night.
