Jammu and Kashmir’s strictness regarding terrorism has once again come to the fore. Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has dismissed two government teachers from their jobs after their terrorist links were confirmed. So far, 74 employees have been dismissed in Jammu and Kashmir under Article 311 of the Constitution after being found to be terrorist sympathizers.
