Prices at Grafton reflected quality, with the better draft kept on-farm now that it looks like we'll have a summer.

The 124 steers, 200 kilograms to 300kg, averaged 425 cents/kg or $1021 to top at 534c/kg and $1519. At the Donovan Livestock and Property store sale four weeks ago, that same category swelled in number to 309 head and averaged 479c/kg or $1181 to reach 574c/kg and $1549
