The Indian and Australian cricketers are wearing black armbands in memory of Ben Austin during their ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025 semi-final at the Dr DY Patil Sports Academy in Navi Mumbai on Thursday.

In a tragic incident, 17-year-old Australian cricketer Ben Austin lost his life after being struck on the neck while training in the nets at the Ferntree Gully Cricket Club in Melbourne.
