The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will launch Phase II of its Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana 2025 from November 7, offering 1,537 flats under the Lower Income Group (LIG) and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) categories across various parts of the city.
According to a circular issued on October 23, the move follows an “overwhelming public response” to the first phase of the scheme launched in September, in which all 1,167 flats were booked on the first day.
The new phase includes 1,120 EWS flats in Narela (G-6 and G-7, Pocket 11, near the proposed Rithala–Narela–Kundli Metro Corridor), 308 LIG flats in Rohini Sectors 34 and 35, 73 LIG flats at Ramgarh Colony near the Jahangirpuri Metro Station, and 36 EWS flats in Moti Nagar near the Basai Darapur Metro Station.
