FERGUSON — In the final quarter of a rough year for St. Louis restaurants, I’m thrilled to find Jason Lamont cooking again. I last wrote about Lamont only a year ago, reviewing his work as the executive chef of Beyond Sweet Kitchen + Bar in the Delmar Maker District.
