Trick-or-treaters and spooky partygoers alike can expect rain around Baltimore before Halloween. However, showers might avoid the creepy evening itself.
A coastal flood warning was put in effect for the Baltimore area Thursday morning and will continue through 10 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.

Thursday is predicted to see a thunderstorm and a temperature high around 70. The forecast calls for a potential 1 to 2 inches of heavy rain with gusty winds as high as 32 mph. Thursday evening should return to clear skies a low of 49.
