As the Consul for Public Diplomacy for Israel’s Consulate in New York, Yuval Donio-Gideon is constantly looking to strengthen the relationship between Israel and the Jewish communities in New York, New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania.

Donio-Gideon’s recent multi-day visit to Ohio, the fifth state that he oversees, only served as a way to drive home to himself that the Buckeye State is a crucial player in strengthening ties with Israel and building a strong Jewish presence in cities across the United States.
