Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) will hold a press conference Thursday morning to provide updates on the prolonged government shutdown while the House remains out of session.
The shutdown is now on its 30th day, nearing ever closer to the 35-day historic shutdown during President Donald Trump’s first term.
