The City of Flagstaff announced its winter parking restrictions return on Saturday, Nov. 1, and will remain in effect until April 1, 2026.

During the restrictions, parking on city streets and alleyways is prohibited from midnight to 7 a.m. The winter restrictions allow the city to plow the streets during snow events and remain in effect even when it is not snowing to aid in street sweeping. The ordinance is enforced by the Flagstaff Police Department, with cars that are in violation when it is not snowing receiving a ticket and cars in violation during inclement weather receiving a ticket and could be towed.
