Cuttack : A distressing incident unfolded in Cuttack, where a minor student went missing while bathing in the Mahanadi River with his friends.

According to eyewitnesses, Babu Nayak of Thoria Sahi slipped into the deep water and was unable to swim back to safety, despite his friends being present.
