A Sellersville man is accused of blackmailing two minors to continue sending him sexually provocative images for his social media content, threatening to release more explicit images if they stopped.

Bucks County Detectives allege that 24-year-old Derek Guzman was 18 when he allegedly began extorting a then-15-year-old Colorado girl, after they started talking through the social media platform Snapchat.

The county detectives became involved earlier this year after receiving information about Guzman from the FBI.

The victim, who is now an adult, told authorities that she started talking online with Guzman in 2019 and added him on Snapchat because it appeared they had common friends, according to a probable cause affidavit.
