RAYVILLE, La. (KNOE) - The Louisiana State Police are investigating a pedestrian-involved crash that killed Timothy McCullar, 59, of West Monroe.

LSP said McCullar was hit by a vehicle on Oct. 29, just before 10 p.m., on La. Hwy. 15 in Rayville.

According to LSP, McCullar was wearing dark clothes and standing in the northbound lane of La. Hwy. 15.

LSP said the driver of the vehicle was wearing a seatbelt and uninjured.

LSP said impairment is not suspected, but routine toxicology samples were taken for analysis.
