INDIANAPOLIS — An alleged serial flasher has pleaded guilty to indecent exposure for a July flashing incident outside an Indianapolis store.
Cameron Greenwood, 27, pleaded guilty in a hearing on Oct. 28, 2025. A charge of public nudity was dropped.
Metro Police arrested Greenwood on Thursday, July 24 on preliminary charges of indecent exposure.
According to court documents, on July 24, a woman reported she was pulling into the Family Dollar parking lot on East 16th Street and a man was standing in front of her car waving, so she waved back.
When she looked again, Greenwood allegedly pulled his pants down, lifted his shirt and exposed his genitals.
