An actor who played a young Will Smith on the iconic ’90s sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air has died.
TMZ was the first to report the death of Floyd Roger Myers Jr. from a heart attack on Wednesday. He was 42. Myers’ mother Renee Trice told the publication he had suffered three prior heart attacks over the last three years.
Myers wasn’t a main star of the legendary show, but he played a young version of Smith in a Season 3 episode, “Will Gets Committed,” in 1992. The same year, he played a young Marlon Jackson in the TV miniseries The Jacksons: An American Dream .
According to IMDB, his last recorded role was as an unnamed student in the 2000 TV series “Young Americans.”
