Former Netflix exec Teresa Moneo has joined Mike Goodridge ’s London-based production outfit Good Chaos as creative director and producer.

Moneo, who resigned earlier this year from her role as director of U.K. film at the streaming giant, said she has “profound respect” for the worldview of Goodridge, who set up Good Chaos after stints in charge of Protagonist Pictures and the Macao Film Festival.

“We have similar values,” said Moneo. “I could not be happier than to partner with him at Good Chaos for this new challenge as an active creative producer and the freedom to build on the existing slate.”
