SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WBAY/ WISN ) - A DoorDash driver is bound for trial in the shooting death of a Canadian tourist who was celebrating a golfing achievement in Wisconsin.

Luis Cruz-Burgos appeared in Sheboygan County Court on Wednesday where a judge found probable cause and ordered Cruz-Burgos to stand trial for a charge of First Degree Reckless Homicide.

Cruz-Burgos is accused of killing Giovanni Robinson last month as Robinson and his friends were walking from a bar in Sheboygan Falls.

Officer Sung Oetzel of the Sheboygan Falls Police Department testified about evidence collected and witness accounts of the shooting.
