APPLETON, Wis. (WBAY) - An Appleton man was arrested Tuesday for stalking after police said he used Grindr to send strangers to a victim’s home as a form of harassment.
Matthew J. Huebschman is accused of what police called a yearlong pattern of disturbing and intrusive behavior. Police said Huebschman used the dating app Grindr to arrange meetings between unknown men and the victim.
Police said the suspect would pose as the victim and direct these men to the victim’s home, instructing them to enter the residence upon arrival.
Over the course of more than a year, numerous men arrived at the victim’s residence under these false pretenses. Police said this sustained harassment created a persistent sense of fear and distress for the victim and their household. The suspect reportedly positi
