(FOX40.COM) — Congressman Kevin Kiley announced that he is co-sponsoring the Keep SNAP Funded Act of 2025, as millions face potentially losing access to the program during the government shutdown.

In a press release sent out on Thursday, Rep. Kiley stated that the bill ensures that SNAP recipients continue receiving benefits throughout the shutdown, while also providing retroactive payments for any missed benefits on or after Sept. 30.
