Hurricane Melissa weakens to Cat 2, speeds toward Bermuda; East Coast could see flooding

Hurricane Melissa — which earlier blasted Jamaica as a Category 5 storm with historic 185 mph winds — has now weakened to a Category 2 hurricane (winds ~105 mph) and is racing northeast at more than 20 mph toward Bermuda.
