Saskatchewan Roughriders fans could be partying in the parking lot next season now that the provincial government has introduced legislation which would permit tailgating at Mosaic Stadium.
The governing Saskatchewan Party had indicated during last week’s throne speech that the new bill would be brought forward during the current legislative session.
