Winds could gust between 40 and 50 miles per hour through Thursday evening and night.
By Friday, westerly winds could gust up to 60 miles per hour in some areas.

Scattered power outages are possible, and foliage at or past peak will likely fall off of trees and branches can be snapped in these conditions.
Friday evening could see some of the strongest winds as many people may be trick or treating.
