DCM Shriram , a diversified agri company, is preparing for its next phase of growth, with a focus on value unlocking and operational efficiency.
Executive Director and Group CFO Amit Agarwal said the company is exploring a demerger of its consumer-facing businesses—Fenesta, Farm Solutions, and Bioseed—to create better value for shareholders. “We are in the process of exploring those options,” he said, adding that the sugar business could also be reviewed later depending on market conditions and board approval.
