A Chatham-area man narrowly avoided jail and is serving house arrest for drug-impaired driving after Sarnia police found him passed out behind the wheel at a busy gas station with a needle sticking out of his arm.
“Clearly Mr. Goodreau placed himself at risk. He placed the people who work at that gas station at risk. He placed members of the public at risk,” Justice Mark Poland said.
