BEREA, Ohio -- A Westlake woman, 38, was arrested at about 11 p.m. Oct. 27 for driving without a license and lying to police about her identity.
Police watched as the woman’s Honda CR-V rapidly changed lanes twice while southbound on North Rocky River Drive near Pulaski Street.
On North Rocky River at West Bagley Road, the woman stopped for a red light, but passed the white stop bar in the pavement.
She then backed up the CR-V so that it didn’t block the sidewalk.
When the light switched to green, the woman turned east onto Bagley Road, but didn’t signal until the CR-V was in the intersection.
Police pulled over the vehicle in the parking lot of CVS Pharmacy on West Bagley.
