BEREA, Ohio
Arrest warrants served: Front Street
A wanted Berea woman, 58, and a wanted Cleveland man, 27, were arrested at about 10 p.m. Oct. 28 on Front near Thacker Street.
Police had stopped the woman’s Honda Civic because the temporary license tag had expired. The man was in the car’s front passenger seat.
Police learned that the woman was wanted in Berea and the man was wanted in Berea and Westlake.
In the Civic, police found a loaded 9mm firearm. Police confiscated the weapon for safekeeping.
The woman’s husband arrived and parked the Honda in a nearby parking lot.
Theft: Lincoln Avenue
A sawhorse was stolen between Oct. 22-27 from a back yard on Lincoln.
Police interviewed neighbors, all of whom said they knew nothing about the theft. They said nothing had been stolen from
