Blue Jays fans who missed out when World Series tickets went on sale or can’t afford the wild resale prices have another option to attend a game this weekend.

On Thursday, team owner Rogers announced another ticket giveaway for Game 6 on Friday and, if necessary, Game 7 on Saturday at the Rogers Centre.

The Blue Jays lead the series 3-2 against the Los Angeles Dodgers.

“This is an unbelievably exciting time for fans across Canada, and we love seeing all the public displays of support for Canada’s team,” Terrie Tweddle, Rogers chief brand and communications officer, said in a news release.

“Our ticket giveaways are about making this historic moment accessible to more Blue Jays fans and customers.”
