PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – The death of Dane Paulsen continues to shake the Lincoln County community months after his remains were discovered in the Siletz River.

On Wednesday, the 2-year-old boy’s father was indicted on one count of second-degree child neglect. He is accused of leaving his son unattended for a period of time that was likely to endanger him, according to court documents.
