SAN AUGUSTINE COUNTY, Texas (KETK) - A former Texas Game Warden, known for appearing on the TV show Lone Star Law, has been arrested for making a false bank statement, according to the San Augustine County Sheriff's Office.
Jasper County Game Warden Justin Charles Eddins was arrested on Tuesday for the charge of making a false statement to obtain credit in the provision of certain services. Eddins was first indicted for that charge by a San Augustine County Grand Jury on Oct. 21.
According to his indictment, Eddins allegedly "intentionally and knowingly made a materially false or misleading written statement to Southside Bank, using another person's name and credit, with the intent to obtain credit, namely loans, and the value of the amount of credit was $150,000 or more but less than $3
