JAMMU, Oct 30: Union Home Secretary Govind Mohan will hold high-level review of security situation in Jammu and Kashmir, in Srinagar on November 5, with top officials of police, paramilitary forces, civil administration, intelligence agencies and other stakeholders with focus on elimination of terrorists in the upper reaches and steps to plug infiltration along the borders.

While the Darbar Move officials were scheduled to close in Srinagar on October 31 and November 1 and reopen at Jammu on November 3, top officials of Home and Police Departments have been asked to stay put in Srinagar till the visit of the Union Home Secretary
