GLENBURN, Maine (WABI) - Two men who were charged in connection with a shooting in Glenburn have been indicted by a Penobscot County Grand Jury.

According to the indictment list, 23-year-old Raphael Cupidon of Massachusetts and 36-year-old George Overlock of Carmel have been charged with drug trafficking and refusing to submit to arrest.

Overlock had additionally been charged with aggravated criminal mischief and possession of a firearm.

Police say they were called to Danforth Drive in August after reports of people shooting up a home and car.

They say a dog inside the home got scared and ran away.

Officials say the suspects ran away but were eventually caught and the dog was later reunited with it’s family.
