LOUISVILLE, Ky. —
A judge is sending the case of a woman accused of setting up her roommate and his friend’s murder to the grand jury.
Detectives say 22-year-old Jazmin Brown was helping her friend with her baby in the 800 building downtown during the double murders that were taking place at her home in Okolona. They say that while she didn’t pull the trigger, they believe she played a big role in setting up the murders.
“She said that my house is getting ready to be on the news,” said Homicide Detective Brad Russell.
Jazmin Brown was back in court Thursday for a pre-trial conference.
She’s accused of helping plan the murders of Marion Caldwell and Kaiveon Faulkner last month at the Falcon Crest Apartments in Okolona.
Russell testified that Brown was tied to the crime through witness
