It's Week 10 of the Alabama high school football season, and scores from across the state have rolled in for AHSAA and AISA action .

This has been an odd week for high school football with 101 games played on Thursday and just 54 on Friday. One hundred and 10 teams took the final week of the year off. One of the state's oldest rivalries in Guntersville and Albertville was renewed again. Other big matchups included Montgomery Catholic vs. Vestavia Hills, but eight of the 10 teams in the USA TODAY Network Super 25 were idle. In the state of Alabama, St. Michael's took on UMS-Wright.
