President Trump and first lady Melania handed out chocolate to hundreds of costumed children at the White House during a Halloween celebration Thursday — just hours after the commander in chief returned from a five-day swing through Asia .

Trump, 79, seemed like his usual self despite the 41 hours of travel aboard Air Force One this week for a trip that took him to Malaysia, Japan and South Korea .

The president logged 20,027 miles in the air on the trip, the Air Force One pilot told reporters Thursday, which concluded when he arrived at the White House just two-and-a-half hours before the trick-or-treaters arrived.
