ORLANDO, Fla. – Here is a fun fact: Oct. 30 is International Day of Bodybuilding.

Here is another fun fact: one of the best bodybuilders in the world is a West Orange High School graduate, and she paid a visit to the News 6 studio.

A competitive bodybuilder since she was 16, Natalia Coelho lives, trains, studies, and works in Central Florida.

She recently climbed the mountaintop of bodybuilding, winning the title of Ms. Physique Olympia 2025 in Las Vegas.

It took years of hard work and dedication and was the second time Natalia had won the “super bowl” of bodybuilding.

News 6 Sports first connected with her shortly after she claimed Ms. Olympia 2022. Since then, she worked hard to return to the top of her sport and earned her PhD in natural medicine, so Ms. Olympia is also a doctor!
