SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – This Saturday, the communities across multiple parishes are invited to an exciting football tournament where local first responders will trade in their badges for jerseys.
The event promises a fun-filled afternoon as police and other first responders come together to compete in a friendly match, showcasing their athletic skills while reinforcing community bonds.
Participating departments are: • The Shreveport Police Department • Bossier City Police Department • DeSoto Parish Sheriff's Office • The Shreveport Fire Department
The tournament kicks off at 3 p.m. at Booker T. Washington High School and is free for all attendees.
Families are encouraged to come out, cheer for their favorite teams, and show appreciation for the dedicated men and women who
