Baramulla : Minister for Agriculture Production, Rural Development, Panchayati Raj, Cooperative and Election Departments, Javid Ahmed Dar inaugurated the Mission YUVA, Model Small Business Development Unit (SBDU) here Thursday, aimed at promoting entrepreneurship, self-employment, and youth empowerment across the district.
