Delhi and the neighboring NCR cities breathed a sigh of relief after the Air Quality Index improved slightly on Friday (October 31, 2025). The AQI was recorded at 258 under the ‘poor’ category at 9 am, according to the Central Pollution Control Board. To combat deteriorating pollution levels, the Delhi government plans to carry out cloud seeding within the next 3 to 4 days when moisture levels reach 40 to 50% in clouds.
