Patna (Bihar) [India], October 31 (ANI): After the NDA released its 'Sankalp Patra' for the Bihar Assembly polls, BJP spokesperson Guru Prakash Paswan emphasised the alliance's commitment to creating a 'Viksit Bihar', aligning with the broader vision of a 'Viksit Bharat' by 2047.

Speaking to ANI, Paswan said, "We are preparing a background for Viksit Bihar. How can Viksit Bharat play a decisive role in Viksit Bharat 2047 - with 2 AIIMS, IIT Patna, IIM Bodhgaya, Nalanda International University, Darbhanga Airport, Purnea Airport, Bihar has transformed.
