George E. Cline Altamont - George E. Cline, 77, passed away at home Monday, October 27, 2025. George was born in Albany to the late George F. and Florence Rueter Cline. He worked as a civil engineer and spent his entire career with Clough Harbour Engineering, retiring as a partner in the business.

George was a member of the Watervliet Elks Lodge 1500, where he was a Past Exalted Ruler and a former State Vice President. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus and loved to work with stained glass, paint by numbers and travel.
