JACKSON TOWNSHIP, Mahoning County, Ohio - Police are on scene investigating a fatal crash in Jackson Township.

Information is currently limited, but our 21 News crew at the scene saw several police cruisers at the intersection of Kirk Road and State Route 45 in Jackson Township. The road appears to be blocked.

One car appears to have gone off the road and sustained severe front-end damage.

The cause of the crash is unknown at this time, but officers on the scene confirmed to 21 News that the driver had died.
