NORTH PORT – The newest phase of Downtown Wellen Park , which will include new shops, restaurants , luxury apartments, a dog park and a boutique hotel will come to life starting in the spring of 2026.

Master developer Mattamy Homes was already ahead of schedule when it broke ground on Downtown Wellen Phase II in Sept. 2024 on the construction of two new two-story mixed-use buildings on Wellen Park Boulevard, adjacent to Villani & Co. and Foxtail Coffee.
