A grain farm and two nearby agricultural properties totaling more than 122 acres in Canton Township have sold for $8.1 million, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor's Office.

Terredigm Central Finance LP, which has a Findlay mailing address, purchased all three properties. The main farm is located at 2604 Central Ave. SE.

Three other property transactions also topped $1 million:

∎ Campbell Real Estate purchased two commercial properties — 613 Main St. W and 705 W Main St. in Louisville — for $1.75 million.

∎ 5156 Whipple LLC purchased a commercial property at 5156 Whipple Ave. NW in Plain Township for $1.41 million.

∎ FP Arbor Park LLC purchased an apartment complex at 2701 38th St. NW in Plain Township for $3.56 million.
