WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) - Because Halloween is tonight, most of the Friday football schedule was moved to Thursday night.

Here’s the rundown:

In Section 3 Class B football from Philadelphia, Indian River hosted CVA.

Indian River fell behind 14-0, but scored 24 unanswered points in the third quarter when Trevor Shawcross sprinted down the sideline to score. That put the Wolves on top 24-14.

Indian River looked to add to its lead, but a bad exchange on the snap was recovered by CVA.

That set up a Cal Jacquays touchdown run to make it a 24-20 game, but the Wolves hung on, beating CVA 48-28.

In Section 3 Class C football from Dexter, General Brown hosted Bishop Ludden/SAS.

The Lions jumped on top early. In the first quarter Jackson Ward got in from seven yards out, making it 7-0 Lion
