A house in Lincoln Park that sold for $4.8 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Morris County in the past week.

During the past week, a total of 88 residential real estate sales were registered in the county, with an average price of $910,092. The average price per square foot was $375.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 20 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
