Srinagar, Oct 31: The aspirants of JE civil examination scheduled on November 2 of 2025 citing apprehension of traffic mess in Srinagar city in view of the International Marathon being organized on the same day in Srinagar.

Greater Kashmir received scores of distressed calls and emails from aspirants who said that holding scheduled exam on November 2 will cause huge inconveniences to the aspirants.

“City will witness traffic restrictions in many areas and it will cause inconveniences to the public, particularly the aspirants in reaching the exam centres,” the aspirants said.

The aspirants said initially the exam was scheduled from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM but the timing was revised and fixed from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

“Considering the onset of winter, it becomes dark by around 5:45 PM to 6:00
